Police Reports

Police Reports including Traffic Accidents Reports are available at Kersey Town Hall Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed holidays and weekends). To obtain a report in our office you must have the following:

  • A valid photo ID

The administrative fee for reports is $5.00, plus $0.25 per page copied from the report. 

You can download the request form here and return to Kersey Town Hall during business hours.

In order to obtain a report, you must:

  • Be an Involved person in the accident
  • Parent of Involved Juveniles
  • Owner of Involved Vehicle
  • Insurance Companies of Involved persons
  • Employer of Involved Person (If on company time)
  • Authorized Legal Representation of an Involved Party

The LexisNexis system is back up and running for online versions of Accident Reports. If you are unable to access the the report online, or obtain additional information such as photos, videos or other documents, please complete the online request for Criminal Justice Records or submit the request in person at Town Hall:
