Kersey has two active developments.

Kohler subdivision is located adjacent to the Platte Valley Schools and is almost complete with the exception of a few vacant lots.  This subdivision consits of moderately priced single family homes. 

Berryman Farms is located just west of First St. (Kersey's Main Street).  This is the newest subdivision in town and is the first phase of development.  This development consists of single family, multi family, and commercial lots.  Please visit the website at www.berrymanfarm.com for additional information on this exciting new development.

Kersey also has some undeveloped areas that have been platted for future development.  This includes industrial and commercially zoned areas.  Kersey is located within an Enterpise Zone and there are incentives available for new commercial and industial development.
